It may involve changes in behavior, such as adopting healthier habits or setting boundaries in relationships. What does it take to integrate?

To integrate, one needs to be truly honest with oneself and willing to do the work needed to make the changes that one wants in life. It involves bringing the awakened experience and the human experience together to make them one, releasing what no longer serves and letting go of fear and victimhood, and learning to have unconditional self-love.

How do I know if I'm integrating?

You’ll know you're integrating when you start seeing welcomed changes happening in your life. Maybe something you have done your whole life is done differently with a better outcome. Maybe a lifelong trigger doesn’t trigger you any longer or as much. The more you integrate, the easier life will become. It’s like learning a language when you no longer must think of the translation; the flow is natural.

“Awakening and Awareness” and how do they differ?

Awakening and awareness are related concepts but have slightly different meanings.

Awakening typically refers to a profound shift in consciousness or understanding, often described as a spiritual or existential awakening. It involves a fundamental change in how a person perceives themselves, the world, and their relationship to it. Awakening is often seen as a transformative experience that leads to a deeper understanding of the nature of reality and the self.

Awareness, on the other hand, is more about being conscious or mindful of one's thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surroundings. It is a state of being attentive and present in the moment. Awareness can range from simple sensory awareness, such as being aware of the sights and sounds around you, to more complex forms of awareness, such as self-awareness and awareness of one's thoughts and emotions.

What does "THE WORK" mean?

No, but it does get easier and more pleasurable. It's true that challenges will always be a part of life, but as we grow and develop, we can learn to navigate them with greater ease and grace.

What is Set and Setting?

Set and setting are two important concepts in the context of psychedelic experiences.

It includes factors such as the person's mood, intentions, beliefs, and past experiences. A positive set, characterized by a calm and open mindset, can contribute to a more positive and meaningful psychedelic experience.

This includes the location, the people present, the lighting, the music, and other sensory elements. A comfortable, safe, and supportive setting can enhance the psychedelic experience and reduce the likelihood of experiencing anxiety or a "bad trip."

How do I know if I am ready for a psychedelic journey?

The medicine will call on you. If you find yourself often thinking of having a psychedelic experience, then maybe it's time.

How will learning to lean into the “top 3 most frustrating, challenging, or difficult things in my life” be assistive in my psychedelic journey?

The top 3 most frustrating/challenging things are probably what need to be worked on to release what no longer serves us. As humans, we push away the things we don’t want in our life, all this sweeping of things under the rug creates a mound that we keep tripping over. Leaning into these things is imperative for the transformation of our true selves. I stress that when these challenging situations come up, that is why we are journeying. The hard work has to be done before the expansion comes. This work is not for the faint of heart, but when these releases happen and you see a glimpse of what will be, it is all worth it.

When do I bring my intention into my psychedelic Journey?

I would suggest not to push the intention; the medicine will let you know when a good time is to start to bring it in. If you push your intention too early, you might not be ready to work on it, which can be a disappointment that you might hold onto for the rest of the night. The medicine will alter how your body is feeling and the way you are thinking. I suggest that you just breathe through it and let it do its thing. Try and clear your mind and open your heart. Once the medicine takes over and shows you something, I invite you to lean into it and ask yourself some questions about it to help dive deeper into what it is trying to show you. It is important that you open your heart and accept your truth and don’t deny or lie to yourself. This is why you are here, get everything out of it that you can. More understanding will come with integration.

How do coaching, catalyzing consciousness, and the transformation of suffering relate to each other?

Coaching is about helping people to create the authentic life they want to live. As a coach, I help walk you through the process of awakening to what is; this will help create consciousness. When we are conscious, we see our traumas and the suffering it has created. We learn to let go of what no longer serves us so that we can live authentic lives by being true to ourselves.
